Replacement direct-connect style hose fuse for Plastiflex manufactured hoses. Pin style hose fuse features embedded 7 amp fuse used in dual-volt Plastiflex hoses. Can also be used to convert universal corded Plastiflex hoses to Direct Connect. Fits all Plastiflex gas-pump and pistol grip style hoses with polarity connection (one wire a terminal connector, the other wire a pin connector). The Plastiflex hose is sold in many brand names including BEAM, Eureka, Electrolux, Airvac, Vacuflo and many others. Does not fit other manufacturers of hose including Cen-Tec or Hanmi. The hose fuse is easy to replace. Check your hose fuse with an ohm meter or continuity tester before you buy a new hose. Important -Be sure your power nozzle and wand cord are operating correctly before you replace the fuse to prevent blowing a new fuse - this is the most common cause of blown hose fuses.
